Morium is a booking, CRM, and customer-retention platform for mobile service businesses. Signing up gets you a booking page, a dashboard, and (if you have it turned on) automatic review-request and rebooking emails for your customers.
Plans are billed monthly. Signing up starts a 14-day free trial — we take your card details up front, but you're not charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you're never billed. After the trial, your card is charged automatically each month until you cancel.
If you add the website add-on, the one-time setup fee is non-refundable once we've started work on your site. The monthly website fee bills alongside your plan and stops when you cancel the add-on.
Your customer data is yours. We don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time — see our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to store and contact the customers you add.
Don't use Morium to send anything your customers haven't agreed to receive, or for anything illegal. We can suspend accounts that abuse the platform or its automated messaging.
Cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing us — there are no cancellation fees on the subscription itself. Timing matters: if you cancel at least a day before your next monthly billing date, you won't be charged for that upcoming month. If you cancel on or after that date, that month has already been billed and isn't refunded — cancelling at that point stops future months, not the one that just charged. Either way, you keep access through the end of whatever period you've already paid for.
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll email the address on your account before the change takes effect.
