MoriumBring past customers back, without chasing them
Most detailing customers would book again if someone reminded them. Morium watches how long it has been since each customer's last detail and writes a short "time for another detail" email for you. It is sent automatically, or after you approve it. Your choice.
How it works
- You finish a job and mark it complete.
- After the wait you chose (the standard is 20 days), Morium writes a rebook reminder that mentions the service and the vehicle, like "your 2023 Chevy Tahoe is probably about due."
- If you chose to approve each one, it shows up in your Follow-Ups tab and you read it, change it if you want, and send it. If you chose automatic, it goes out by itself when it is due.
It skips people who already came back
If a customer has already booked again since their last job, Morium doesn't write a reminder for them. You never nudge someone who is already on your calendar.
You see who it goes to
When you approve each one, every reminder shows the customer's email, and a small Edit link lets you fix a name, email, or phone number before you send. The change is saved on the customer's record.

Questions
How often should detailing customers come back?+
It depends on the service. Many detailers use 3 to 6 weeks for maintenance washes and longer for full details. You set the wait in days on the Follow-Ups tab, and it applies to everyone still waiting.
Does it send automatically?+
Your choice. Each business picks one of two settings for rebook reminders: send automatically when due, or let me approve each one. New businesses start on approve each one. Automatic sending only covers customers who become due after you turn it on. Appointment reminders (for bookings already on your calendar) always send on their own.
What if a customer unsubscribes?+
Every reminder has an unsubscribe link, and Morium never emails someone who unsubscribed.
